The General Pump 18" Flat Surface Cleaner has been our #1 Seller for many years now.  To start with, there were some issues with a revised swivel design which we no longer sell. The current model that we carry does have a greaseable swivel. Use caution when purchasing this unit because many retailers still sell a unit with an ungreasable swivel that do not last as long. This unit is recommended for contractors who use surface cleaners frequently but not every day. It is perfect for users with 11-13 HP pressure washers and out performs larger surface cleaners on this unit.

The Big Guy Whisper Wash 28" Surface Cleaner (often sold as Mi-T-M AW-7020-8001) is a great choice for the professional cleaning contractor.  This unit will accommodate water up to 212 Degrees and is best suited for 5.5GPM and larger pressure washers. We recommend this unit over the Maxima because of the larger rear tires that make it much easier to manuever.  Although the Maxima has a larger cleaning area, the casters do not allow the ease of movement that the Big Guy allows.  It weighs 41 lbs and is designed for daily use.

Mi-T-M Replacement Pressure Washer Pump

Are you dealing with a broken pressure washer pump?  It is often best and even cheaper to replace the entire pump isntead of buying parts to fix yours.  The benefit is that you have a brand new pump to start with for often less money.  We highly recommend pumps made by Mi-T-M.  If you are looking for a pump to replace your Horizontal 3/4" Diameter shaft pump, the
3000 PSI Mi-T-M Triplex Crankshaft Driven Pump may be the right pump for you. 


 

Product Description

This is a top quality replacement pump made by Mi-T-M. It is capable of producing up to 3000 PSI at 2.5 GPM. It includes a built in unloader, a thermal relief valve, and a chemical injector. This pump is completely rebuildable from the valves to the packings and unloader. This unit is designed for daily use and is perfect for contractors.
How to tell if this is the correct pump for your washer:
It will fit most HORIZONTAL shaft engines with a 3/4 " diameter shaft. The shaft should be approximately 2 inches long. The pump bolts to the motor with a 4 bolt pattern and each bolt hole is about 2 1/2" apart.
If your shaft is very short and is a 7/8" shaft, this pump WILL NOT FIT. If you have an Excell pressure washer with a plastic shroud please be sure to check your crankshaft before ordering.
