New Presssure Washer Pump Maintenance

Have you recently purchased a new Pressure Washer or Replacement pump?

If you would like to extend the life of your pump, routine tune-ups can be essential to maintaining a good operating machine.  We are a repair center as well as a retail center. We offer our customers cheap maintenance packages. If you are a DIY person be sure to find out some basic information about your pump or pressure washer before doing the tune-up yourself. Our suggestions are basic recommendations for the pumps that we sell online. Always refer to your product's manual and follow manufacturer's instructions. 

PUMP Oil Basics:

We do not recommend for our customers to change the pump oil in the axial pump that we sell online. It comes pre-filled with a synthetic oil that is good for the life of the pump.

For the majority of our contractor/commercial grade pumps, we recommend changing the pump oil after approximately the first 10 hours of use. Then, the oil only needs to be changed approximately every 200-300 hours. We recommend using a 30 Weight Non-Detergent Oil. Again, please check your manual.
